Reservation Policy

Reservations:

25% Deposit Required for Reservation. Cash or gold dust preferred. There will be a 4% charge for Zelle payments.
After arrival payment is due for full reservation period, no discounts for early departure.
Check in time is 12:00 PM until 5:00 PM unless prior arrangements have been made.
$20 charge for late check-ins (after 5PM)
RV Check out time is 12:00 PM.
Bunkhouse check in 3:00 PM / check out 11:00 AM

Cancellation Policy:

60 Day Notice – 50% Refund
Less than 60 Days’ Notice – No Refund
20% processing fee will be deducted from *all* refunds

Horses:

Required for *all* out of state horses:

Current Health certificate
Negative Coggins test
No studs (stallions) allowed without prior consent
Guests are responsible for full care for their horse(s), including feed, water & cleaning pens daily

Dogs:

Must be on leash at all times
Barking dogs may be asked to leave
Poo must be picked up.
